Writing in MaxJournal

Entering Write Mode

To edit a day's journal entry (or to start one), simply tap the Journal area to open Write Mode.

Write Mode is designed to use your full screen, so there are no visual distractions from your writing. When you are done writing your Entry, simply press the "Done" button.

Timestamps

The timestamp button (in the upper left of the Write window), will stamp the current time into your journal, wherever your cursor is. This is for users who tend to have multiple entries in any particular day.

Auto Capitalization and Auto Correction (Spellcheck)

Maxjournal uses the built in iPad capitalisation and correction features. It respects your iPad global settings - if you have these features turned off on your iPad, they will be turned off in Maxjournal. You can access these settings on your iPad by opening the Settings icon on your iPad desktop, and choosing General - and then Keyboard.
